It was okay food was a bit greasy

Steak and Cheese was extremely bland. The sub for the steak and cheese was cold. Horrible service. Food was overall tasteless. Bathrooms unsanitary

Unfortunately a bad experience ! Been a loyal customer for year's (30 yrs)got takeout that was messed up,the only thing they were interested in was their power trip,was yelled at because I didn't follow .their exit procedures, the most important part their pizza was not papa Gina pizza was expecting, no longer the thin pizza that I've known for many years,got home and threw it away, it cost me 17.00 dallars, what a waste of time, money and top it off being yelled at . You people need to wake up, to late for me, never ever will i enter a papa Gino's.

The pizza and salad was a great lunch menu. Very filling and tasty. Price was good and it was a pleasant place for lunch.

Their idea of helping the public during hard times is... not accepting cash for deliveries. How compassionate. If u happen to not have a card, or more cash in your pocket instead of the in the bank.., you cannot eat here!! My family and I will never spend another penny at this place. And unfortunately we eat there quite often. No longer

Not using authentic Papa Gino's ingredients. The pizza was fine, but if you're looking for the REAL Papa Gino's on the Cape make the trip to East Falmouth where it's just as you remember.

Good take out Fri ders pizza. Calzones. Lobster rolls...good delivery people price is fair....very clean facility. Great catering.

Tried & True~I've frequented this location sporadically for 30 years now. The pizza still tasted just as good as my first visit. Tonya, a papa ginos employee, made the last few pizzas I bought, they were excellent, just as I remembered eating here as a kid.

Your typical Papa Gino's with classic dated interior which makes me feel like I've gone back in time. The pizza is consistent and what you would expect if you've eaten at other Gino's. There was a mix up with our order and I suspect that it was the employee who was training on the register. The manager was nice and she quickly corrected the mistake.

Garbage..sausages was raw..pink inside. Just not good pizza ...

Above average pizza while the interior has not changed since they opened. Would recommend on ordering for pickup or delivery.

I miss Papa Gino's so much. I had to go to Mass to get a pizza. The Mozz sticks are good too.

Friendly smiles, clean dine-in area, but air conditioner temp set to the point where it's so cold that it's unbearable to sit for more than 5 minutes. Not to mention that your food is cold in no time. When I told a staff member that it was unbearably cold in the dining room, I was told that they had to put it up high, so that they can cool down the kitchen area behind the counter. Bathrooms clean most of the time. Decent food and prices. I highlyrecommend take out or delivery.

First of all I ordered the food and they were supposed to deliver it an hour and a half go by and didn't get it so I try calling of course no answer so I went there and my food was just sitting on the counter the manager was really rude.. so I got a steak and cheese I paid for extra cheese which I didn't get, I ordered spaghetti there was hardly any in the container, got mozzarella sticks there was no sauce and I got fries that was cold, I also added a tip with the order for the driver but didn't get it back

Went at 9pm to get a pizza. The girl at the front told us that it would take an hour or two if we placed our order. The restaurant had just one table. Even if you are swamped with takeouts it's unacceptable to be waiting an hour for a pizza on a Wednesday night. Should probably learn some business tips from Domino's.

They make you feel so unwelcomed, Ik it’s Covid right now but even on that note they want you out of there

I love Papa Gino's, more consistent and tastier than most mom and pop places. It's the real deal here in New England, Italian pizza just the way I like it. The prices areas high as the quality but there is always a deal, delivered by text to those who join the club. I will visit their restaurants as long as they doesn't change and the food stays authentic.

One of my favorites hands down. They are so nice and friendly! Hands down you win papa ginos !

Rude staff

I just sat on the phone for a whole HOUR waiting for someone to pick up I finally hung up and called back again waited 30 more minutes and gave up. Can’t even get in touch with this place I had to go through Door Dash and get charged an extra 20 dollars for taxes and the up charges they have on food. RIDICULOUS hire people who know how to work!!

Service was nice and quick, and they brought the food to us since we were the first there for lunch. You can't beat their two slices and soda special.

Who doesn't love a good pizza!! This place has a great pie and a awesome family atmosphere!! Also have a kids menu too!!

This is a great choice for chain pizza if you aren't adventurous enough to just pick a local place at random. Good deals, although the mobile app doesn't seem to work well. Really friendly staff trying to make everyone feel comfortable. Also, we didn't have it, but a local lady in line highly recommended the lobster roll, of all things. She got two big lobster rolls for $20. Try that anywhere else on the Cape.

Excellent as usual! You can't beat the 2-slice special.

The food was okay. Not really bad but average. It is a fast food chain.

Slow service, Luke warm pizza kept warm under a heater, bins full got to hunt for condiments as not returned. Also so much single use plastic with no ability to recycle.

I love Papa Gino's pizza! My son Rob and I love the thin crust, light on the sauce, extra extra cheese, with other toppings!! Daughter's love the chicken alfredo and chicken parmigiana! The atmosphere is pleasant, family friendly, and comfortable!! The service is friendly and helpful.

The amount of service that you get from just the two young ladies that seem to be the only two working there at times in the amount of people that come in they do an incredible job of getting service with a smile on your face and very professional I come here once a week if not twice a week and they’re always busy and they’re always pleasant

We got the pepperoni pizza. It was made in a timely matter and staff was extremely polite. Their sauce is made from vine ripened tomato so it has a different taste from the other pizza places I've been to. Definitely a must try.

We always know what the pizza taste like, and we like that taste.

Best Italian sub I've ever had. Just the right amout of lettuce and not soggy with oil. Highly recommend.

Love the food, manager/ cashier was not so pleasant today. I understand working in retail is a bit hard right now, but greeting guest with hi how are you.. I'm tired, pizza going to be atleast 45 minutes if you order now!! Says it all!

One of those places that's hit or miss. This one's kind of a miss. Staff is blah. Food was ok. Dining room was trashed. But hey, it's familiar and the kids like it. 🤷

Food was decent, but service was awesome. I'll return for another try.

Too long of a wait to get a sub had a settle for slices that didn't seem fresh The woman that took our order was very nice and apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience.

I decided not to cook and I stopped at Papa Gino's and asked for a Sausage and Pepper Parmesan Sub. They don't have it.?? So... I ordered a Sausage and Mushroom Pizza instead. The Pizza was perfect. Plenty of loose Sausage instead of that sliced flavorless... Whatever it is, that you get at most places. Good sized pieces of thick cut Mushrooms. Yum! Toppings were fairly even across the Pie. Crust was evenly cooked. They were doing a brisk take out business for a Monday night. Dining room was clean. I could only see a bit of the prep areas. There was a bit of paper trash by the visible half trash bin which Employees were walking past. All Employees in work spaces were wearing Gloves. My Pizza tasted great! The only off thing was it was cut unevenly which tells me someone felt rushed so didn't pay attention to seeing the slices were all the same size. It didn't matter to me as I live alone. However it might make a difference to a family/group. All around, a great experience!

Terrible experience. First I had to return my medium size cups given to me, to get the large size cups that I paid for. Then we received our cinnamon sticks burnt and hard. They acted like it was a problem that we asked for a new order since it was inedible. They tried convincing us it was the cinnamon making them black. I left my table to put my child’s stroller in the car. I was going to go back inside and grab my left overs... they were gone... I was outside for less than 2 minutes just to pack up the car... they ran to my table and threw out what I was clearly coming back inside to take home. I have never had such a terrible experience at a pizza chain.

My first time, had few questions as i wasnt sure on what to have, would be nice to have that extra help and not expect from me to know how the menu works. In the end i just order pizza as it was late and i was hungry.. pizza was ok even though some employees decided to shut the pizza oven off wile my pizza was inside half way down and forgotten.

First visit to Papa Ginos. Food was hot, freshly prepared and plentiful. However, it was extremely salty and I had to drink more fluid than normal to ease the overwhelming saltiness in the Paparoni pizza and garlic fries. My wife's Boss BBQ chicken was much less salty and tastier too.
